The AI startup launch pack collects the big startup programs an AI product usually needs: cloud, model APIs, inference, sandboxes, databases, hosting, analytics and search. Every offer below was re-checked on the vendor’s own page this morning (Oct 22, 2026); each card shows the quote we matched and when.
It is for founders who have incorporated and can fill in an application. Several tiers need VC backing; others take self-funded teams.

A sensible order to apply in
This order is based only on the eligibility and claim steps each vendor publishes. Approval and final amounts are up to each vendor.
- Pick one main cloud first. AWS Activate, Google Cloud’s AI tier, Microsoft for Startups and Cloudflare for Startups are the largest programs here, and most of your spend will land on one of them. Check the gates before you apply: AWS asks for pre-Series B companies founded in the last 10 years with an AWS account on the Paid Tier plan; Google’s AI tier is for AI startups using Gemini, with funding and founding-date limits and no large Google Cloud credit grant before; Cloudflare says its Tier 3 needs no minimum funding.
- Then your model and inference providers. Together AI’s accelerator tiers its credits by how much you have raised. Baseten’s program covers dedicated inference and training plus Model APIs. For Claude, the extra API credits are claimed through a VC in Anthropic’s partner network, and Anthropic’s startups page currently says the cohort is full, so ask your VC whether that route still works.
- Agent sandboxes, if you run code for users. E2B for Startups is for startups that raised under $5M, are under 3 years old and are first-time E2B users. Daytona Startup Grid is a separate application.
- Database and hosting. Neon’s program has a self-funded route as well as a VC-backed one. Convex asks you to be on at least its Starter plan with a card on file before you apply. Vercel for Startups is a direct application.
- Analytics, evals and search once you have users. PostHog and Algolia credits run for 12 months, so it can pay to apply when you are ready to use them. LangSmith’s startup credits are for startups backed by LangChain’s premier VC partners.
Before you apply
- Read the eligibility line on each card; funding stage, company age and “first-time customer” rules are the usual reasons for a rejection.
- PostHog, Algolia and LangSmith credits come with a 12-month or 1-year window, so apply when you can actually use them.
- Pack totals only add offers that lead with one explicit one-time USD amount; see the pack page for the breakdown.
