The SaaS startup stack pack: what's in it and how to use it

By Perq team · · packs · SaaS startup stack pack · startup programs

Offer details below are pulled from our dataset when the page is built, so they match the directory. Latest verification of offers in this post: .

Most credit lists stop at cloud and model APIs. The SaaS startup stack pack is a new pack for the rest of the product: the database layer, event streaming, auth, docs, video, customer support, internal tools, product analytics and the team workspace. Five of the ten programs (Prisma, Confluent, Mintlify, Mux and Zendesk) went public on Perq today. Every offer was re-checked on the vendor’s own page this morning (Oct 23, 2026), and each card shows the quote we matched and when.

It is for incorporated startups that can fill in an application. Most programs have funding, age or headcount limits, and a few need a partner VC or accelerator.

When to apply for each

This order is based only on the eligibility and claim steps each vendor publishes. Approval and final amounts are up to each vendor.

  1. Programs with tight age or funding windows, first. Clerk’s offer is for teams up to 1 year after launch with up to $5M in venture funding. Mintlify’s is for startups founded in the past 2 years that have raised under $2M (the current Y Combinator batch gets 12 months free). Prisma covers your database bill for a year (up to $10,000) for pre-seed to Series A startups that raised in the last 12 months, or bootstrapped teams with at least 5k MRR for six months. If you are near any of these limits, apply before your next round.
  2. Your data layer, when you start building. Prisma and Confluent both run for about a year (Confluent offers up to one year of Confluent Cloud with free product credits; its page doesn’t state a dollar amount), so apply when you are ready to put real traffic on them.
  3. Workspace and internal tools, early. Notion’s offer is up to 6 months free on the Business plan with Notion AI; the 6-month tier needs a partner affiliation, the 3-month tier a business website and company email. Retool gives eligible startups a 100% off coupon for one year, with a value up to $60K.
  4. Video, if your product needs it. Mux starts with $500 in credits for first-time recipients who are not existing customers, may be more depending on your investors, and the credits must be used within 1 year of activation.
  5. Support and analytics once you have users. Zendesk for Startups is free for up to 2 years for new customers with Angel through Series B funding; the term and agent count depend on your funding profile and partner. Intercom Early Stage is 93% off in year one, then 50% and 25%. Mixpanel’s startup plan is a free first year, which it values at $145,000. Because these clocks start when you are accepted, it can pay to wait until you have customers to support and events to analyse.

Before you apply

  • Read the eligibility line on each card. “New customers only”, funding caps and company age are the usual reasons for a rejection.
  • Several of these are discounts or free plan terms, not cash credits, so this pack has no “up to” total; pick the programs you qualify for.
  • More SaaS startup programs are with early-access subscribers now and will join this pack once they are public. Subscribe to get new offers first.
